About Us
Babe's Burger was born in 2021 during one of the most challenging times for the hospitality industry. When Lucky Hare Brewing Company needed a food partner to adapt to changing regulations, we saw an opportunity to create something special. What started as a small burger concept quickly grew into a destination for locals, tourists, and anyone searching for a great meal along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
From day one, our focus has been simple: serve great food, support local businesses, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Whenever possible, we incorporate ingredients from local farms, producers, and suppliers, helping us showcase the incredible products that make the Finger Lakes region special.
Today, Babe's Burger is celebrating its fifth season at Lucky Hare Brewing Company in Hector, where we're open seven days a week throughout the summer. Whether you're spending the day on Seneca Lake, exploring wine country, or simply looking for a burger and a pint with an incredible view, our Hector location has become a must-stop destination in the Finger Lakes.
As we've grown, so has our food truck operation. You can find the Babe's Burger Food Truck serving lunch every Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 2 PM at the South Hill Business Campus on Danby Road. During the summer season, we're also proud to partner with the Hangar Theatre at Cass Park, serving guests every Saturday from 12 PM to 8 PM.
Our commitment to local sourcing remains at the heart of everything we do. We continue to work with regional farms and producers whenever possible, helping strengthen the Finger Lakes food community while serving the freshest ingredients available.
What began as a family opportunity has grown into a community favorite, built on hard work, great partnerships, and a passion for bringing people together over good food.
